RUNNING SHOES.
Choosing the right pair of Running shoes can be a whole science in itself. There are so many opinions on this subject and I will not say anything is a 100% correct. - From all the studies I have read though and from my own experience the shoe that feels the best and fits good on your foot is usually a good option.
I love trying out the new releases and new models coming out and I have tried quite a few running shoes in my time. I always come back to Nike’s shoes though because they simply feel really good on my foot and in my opinion they do release some of the most stylish running shoes out there - which is also an important Factor. ⚡ There are a ton of other brands that make superb running shoes as well but my top 3 is all Nike at the moment.
I have chosen to leave out the Nike VaporFly 4% because of its exclusivity and the fact that it is in an other price range than almost all other running shoes. If you can afford it, it is definitely one of the best ones out there though..
Right now this is my top 3:
1. Nike Pegasus Turbo
Nike Pegasus Turbo- Berlin colorway
The new Pegasus Turbo model that came out this year has definitely surprised me in a positive way and at the moment it is the one shoe i run in the most. I use it both for my longer runs but it definitely also holds up for my faster sessions.
It is a nice light shoe but still very stabile and I love the bounce and energy return in the Zoom X Foam.
The durability is also surprisingly good and I would say that they fit true to size.

2. Nike Epic React
I liked the Epic react right from the beginning. This shoe is definitely my favorite if it strictly comes to comfort. It has a perfect feeling on the foot and the React sole is really responsive and gives you a nice ride.
I have tested them out both for long runs and speed and they do hold up for both. I would say that they are most ideal for the casual everyday runs though because of the slight “wobbly” feeling they do have. That is the only downfall. It is a bit unstable if you go fast but other than that I am a big fan and have the shoe in quite a few colorways..

3. Nike Air Zoom Streak - Flyknit
Nike Air Zoom Streak Flyknit
This shoe has been on the market for a long time and is very underrated in my opinion. It’s always one I come back to.
Comfort wise it is on point and with a minimalistic sole its really good for the shorter fast runs.
It’s very light but it sits nice and snug on your feet and feels stabile. I actually use it a lot just for everyday use because of the good fit.
The price point on these is also really good which is another upside.
